I left a bad review a couple of years ago and nothing has changed at all... it actually got worse, which is very hard to believe. This will be the last time I step foot in this place. There is never EVER a time you can walk into this DD , order and get out in a timely manner. You will always wait on a line for at least 5 to 10 minutes.... and that's when they're not busy. See for yourself. Just for the heck of it, try for yourself. It doesn't matter what time, you will always wait. They are way understaffed and the manager is always dazed and confused. How this place is still in business, I'll never know. Go to the one on Hillside Ave in floral park.... so much better and under much better m...
I visit this restaurant frequently and am always pleasantly surprised when my order is correct. It's a simple order - I just ask for milk and Splenda in my tea, but the staff seem reluctant to open the Splenda packets. If they don't want to do it, they should just remove it from the menu. I had to argue with them once when they accidentally gave me coffee instead of tea. After asking multiple times, they finally made me a new cup of tea and joked about how much easier it would have been if I had just said so earlier. Overall, the service could use some improvement.
When packaging baked goods that are prone to leaking, it is important to avoid squeezing the paper bag against the inside of the bag. In terms of icy drinks, particularly those with light ice, it is disappointing when a large portion of the drink is actually ice rather than the intended beverage. This results in an expensive drink that lacks flavor. Are there better options available?
The restaurant is slow with orders, even when I try to use the mobile app to order ahead of time. Unfortunately, they never update the app to show when items are out of stock, so I often have to wait for a replacement item. This can be frustrating, especially when I have to work in the morning.

Their number is off the hook. I ordered a frozen chai latte and they sent me a large iced coffee and also didn’t bring my Apple juice never had a problem till now. Very unprofessional.
I go only in the morning, and the staff is very helpful and happy, mostly coffee sometimes a donut.
Placed an Uber eats order for a medium coffee and filled it up half way.
