October 2021 Update: I dropped my rating on a star in August. They messed up for a while, but they seem to be back on their game and their ice cream coffee is excellent again. Maybe it was just a bad bunch of workers. They're gonna be fine again, and I've visited this place again. I've changed my rating to four stars. August 2021 Update: Dropped my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. They're putting too much ice in their coffee. It's so much ice cream that there's only a few sips of coffee. If you are asked for recovery with less ice, you will get a warm coffee with 2 ice cubes in it. I'm not happy with the latest change. October 2021 UPDATE: came to dunks today to get a coffee. was pleasantly greeted by a 5'11 boy named Joel with beautiful red hair that so gracefully bleed in the breeze. he smelled of ice cream and donut glaze and I wanted to ask if he was on the menu itself. I wanted him to put his jelly stick in MY Donut. 5 stars
Clean business with friendly and efficient employees. The food (choose wraps and munchkins) and icy latte were of course also delicious! Update 3/1/2022 This DD has reopened after its renovation. It now has the modern On Tap decoration. It looks great and the food and the staff are great!
