It seems that they tend to overlook on-the-go food orders until you physically arrive and provide your name. This has happened to me three times now. Each time, about 10-15 minutes after I place my order through the app, I arrive to find that only my drink is ready. When I inquire about my food order listed on the same receipt, they check it as if they were unaware and then start preparing it at that moment. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is to avoid waiting in line with a crowd for my sandwich. I really wish they would take a moment to read the order before moving on to the next one! I may need to find another Dunkin' on my way to work. It's unfortunate because they're conveniently loc...
I’m giving a low rating because Dunkin has unfortunately fallen victim to shrinkflation. I visited for the first time in about three years and ordered the sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich. While it tasted fine, the size was noticeably smaller, especially on the everything bagel. I also got a hot chai latte and specifically requested it to be sweet, but it lacked flavor and sweetness. I used to really enjoy Dunkin’s chai lattes, but the quality has significantly declined. Meanwhile, the prices have increased. The staff here are great, but it’s a real disappointment.
This review is based on multiple visits, not just a single experience. I've been there 4-5 times, and the same problems persist. The staff is rude and slow, often chatting with one another while they work. It can take 15 minutes or more to get my coffee, even when the place isn't busy. This establishment really needs better management and employees who focus on their tasks rather than socializing.
This place is unacceptable, and management needs to take action. The service is incredibly slow; even if you place your order in advance through the app, you still end up waiting 15-20 minutes after you arrive for them to prepare your order, and half the time, it’s incorrect.

It's a good location. The Queraint 2 for 6 was not burned well. Only in the past I just didn't order cheese and put cheese. So check your food before you go is the main thing.
I made a quick stop for a cup of coffee. The place is tidy, and the counter is covered with protective glass. The staff is friendly, and the entire store is well-maintained.
The restaurant is quiet and clean, which I find very important. It's nice to relax for a little while and enjoy your coffee in a pleasant atmosphere.
