I had a rather strange experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I visited four days ago at 6:30 AM to grab a cup of coffee before heading to work. The woman at the counter was friendly, but the overall atmosphere felt off. The space was somewhat dark, and it lacked warmth. I think this place could really benefit from a makeover—perhaps it needs brighter lighting and a more inviting vibe. After all, it's early in the morning and coffee is meant to lift people's spirits, not make them feel low, gray, or sad.

Dunkin' is a great spot to stop before crossing the bridge to New York. The service is quick, although often just one person handles both the register and order preparation, which can slow things down. The coffee is good, and the menu offers a variety of options. You can also purchase Lotto tickets and gas here. It's the last decent gas station eastbound, making it more convenient than the other two nearby.

This is a good spot to visit when you cross the bridge into New York. The service is quick, although there's usually just one person handling the register and taking orders, which isn't ideal. On the positive side, the coffee is quite good, and you can also buy lottery tickets and gas here. It’s the last decent gas station heading east. There are two others, but they aren't as convenient.

I drove in from the highway to NYC and asked the guy behind the counter if I could use the restroom, unsure of the current protocol. He kindly directed me and really saved the day. Afterward, I grabbed a couple of coffees and had a nice chat before heading out. It's one of the last spots to stop before the bustling George Washington Bridge. I really had a great time! I really enjoy Dunkin', and this location is great. However, I have a concern about the plastic shields at the checkout. They make it hard to hear the staff, and they often can't hear me either. This leads to mistakes with my order. I appreciate that they are trying to make things safe during COVID, but I feel like the shields are a bit too much.

I stopped by just to get a drink, and my husband accidentally ordered the wrong item. When I asked if they could fix it since it was the same price, the cashier refused and said I would have to pay full price for a new one, even though I hadn’t touched the original drink. The staff was incredibly rude, and I plan to report this to corporate.

BP staff is blah, always busy vaping outside, Dunkin donuts staff is very friendly, The food is good and the donut selection is great.

I ordered an iced coffee and a donut, but I had to ask for my donut when I received my coffee. Book a table now

The prices are too high; they should consider reintroducing the dollar menu options.
