They were really great for a while but recently, my orders are wrong 8 out of 10 times. Either the staff doesn't care or they aren't up to date with their app where I place my orders in advance. Meat missing off all sandwiches, donuts always missing. Only positive thing I can say is I'm obsessed with their Frozen chocolate raspberry coffee. The only reason I still tolerate a the BS.
Do not wear masks was the last straw for me, that is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. They are always rude, talk to customers like they are laps, always scream towards each other, so no customer orders can hear. Also good luck, your right order or something, that is not two weeks old.
They’re absolutely horrible, I am constantly ordering from this Dunkin’ off Uber eats I call after I place the order to simply just ask them to cook the bacon twice so it doesn’t come rubbery and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
The wait time was terrible and I went to use the bathroom it's so disgusting. I give them a below star. Its sad because Dunkin donuts was a good place and it's not living up to it's name. The people were rude. Book a table now
I'm trying to avoid this dunkin, it's terrible! Bagel should be roasted, it was?t, they make coffee there sweet like a milkshake. GROSS. Do you avoid this place the workers don't care?
Drive thru is frequently backed up to the street with 0 sense of urgency as customers literally can't enter the parking lot.
The guy at the window was courteous and didn't leave a cologne smell on the lid of my coffee cup like the other guy.
Awful. Food and drinks are always grounded. The only good thing is that they drive through Book a table now
Garbage dunkin' consistently screws up even small 2 item orders. Never again.
