I stopped at this Dunkin' during a 6-hour drive and had the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin', and I visit different locations at least three times a week. The person taking my order, who I believe was the manager, was not helpful at all.
Firstly, they were out of 80% of their donuts. When I inquired about what was still available, he didn't provide a clear list. I then asked about a specific donut, and he slammed my drink down on the counter (in the drive-thru) and simply said, "NO." His attitude was extremely passive-aggressive. This is my favorite Dunkin' spot. Even though there's one closer to me, I’m happy to drive an extra five minutes to come here. The staff always greet me warmly, even with their masks on. I’ve seen some negative reviews about rude employees, but in my experience, any rudeness usually happens only when customers are being difficult. I come by at different times throughout the day and have never witnessed them being rude to anyone except those who are disrespectful. Sometimes they get my order wrong, but when I ask for a remake, they always do it cheerfully. I bought a coffee at Dunkin' yesterday, and it was awful. Despite clearly explaining my order, they still got it wrong. I also got a doughnut that was as hard as a rock. They constantly mess up my coffee order, and this was by far my worst experience at a coffee shop.
Every time my order arrives wrong. I always order through the app, but they make my coffee differently each time. Then I have to wait in line again to ask them to fix it, which is frustrating considering what I paid. The staff are very unhelpful.
