Unfortunately this place is hit or miss. You either get a cold bagel that hasn’t been toasted when requested, or a burnt bagel almost inedible. Both with either 2 lbs of cream cheese or a thin layer. Coffee is inconsistent. Service, as well, is hit or miss. You either get a cheery person at the drive thru or someone who doesn’t say a word except the total. Service industry as a whole has gone downhill, quickly, and unfortunately this location is a victim of this. Go 1 mile up to another one if you have the chance. We only use the drive thru but the location is very consistent. Drive thru is fast and the cashiers are usually polite.
