I had a disappointing experience with the manager at this restaurant. His demeanor was quite rude, and I’m baffled as to why he is in the food industry when he clearly lacks customer service skills. He spoke condescendingly to both his employees and to me. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, he started yelling at me for checking if it was ready, even though I hadn’t said anything at all. I didn't even realize he was addressing me because of his aggressive tone. When my order was finally ready, he claimed that I had said I didn’t have a mobile order, which was simply not true.
Always order turtle blast(5—6.00) cup of coffee.. very hit and miss, sometimes its ok, other times it’s terrible. Tried a few times, understanding that people have bad days. But today was final straw, coffee was terrible and the pesto grilled cheese (great at other locations) was wet and soggy and the bread was not even toasted. If I could give this place a zero, I would! There's a woman taking orders who is incredibly rude. She rushes you while you're trying to order. I've been coming here on and off for about a year, but I just can’t deal with her attitude anymore. If you want to be treated well, I recommend always choosing Starbucks instead.
Love their coffee, but they never seem to get the orders right. Kinda been a disappointment lately. Over $3 for a cup of coffee and they can't make it right. Sadly going down hill fast. They never say thank you any more either. They are hiring rude people lately, just my thoughts.

I placed my order at 3:15 PM. The blueberry muffin was fresh and delicious, but my medium decaf iced coffee with cream was so diluted that it tasted like I was drinking plain iced water with cream. I really should have taken it back!
I brought ice coffee 2 days ago and it tasted burnt I will never go to this place again they always take a long time and And there ice coffee don't taste good I wouldn't even give this a one star
I took my daughter here for some ice cream, but unfortunately, they were out of nearly everything, including cones.
