We ended up waiting an additional 20-30 minutes in the store, which defeated the purpose of curbside pickup, especially since many people in the restaurant weren't wearing masks properly. Meanwhile, several employees were wandering around, claiming they didn't know how to process a simple refund. At one point, they even asked us to go home to get our bank card, which was impossible since we were far from home. Overall, it was a complete disaster. All we wanted was a coffee, and they couldn't manage to handle even that. We wasted 50 minutes, and they didn't get anything right—not the coffee, the service, or even the refund process. I've only had two cups of coffee here so far, but I have to say that the service is quite quick. The coffee was made just the way I like it, making this place worth a stop. The interior is moderately spacious—somewhere between small and medium. The staff was fine; there were no issues at all. The place was also very clean and pleasant. It’s almost never busy, except maybe in the mornings, but during late afternoon and early evening, there’s usually no line. Its location is convenient for those traveling on Route 23. While it may not be the absolute best, it certainly meets my needs.
The customer service was quite abrasive. I waited for 20 minutes only to discover that my order had been forgotten. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was asked to leave the store, as they didn't want to make other customers uncomfortable. Very disappointing!
I tried a blueberry muffin and it was absolutely delicious. I would have given it 5 stars, but the large crispy sugar crystals on top added an overpowering sweetness that I felt was unnecessary and contributed extra calories. Reducing the excess sugar would make it perfect! Book a table now
This is my favorite local Dunkin'. I love getting my coffee here because the staff and the owner are always friendly.
