PRODUCTS I would like to thank the Valatie Dunkin Donuts staff at 9H for providing an excellent service after my experience minutes before East grennbush Dunkin. I had the worst experience in this place this morning to say sad because usually no matter what, they give service with a smile. I usually go there on my way to work, I have to make my coffee taste right. I order it in the same way: sugar cookie, 1 sugar, Xtra cream, well stirred, and an egg white veggie wake up wrap. Oh what can you say about Dunkin Donuts. If you're a donut lover like myself you have to love donuts and hate them at the same time. They taste so good and they are so bad for you. But since I was on vacation with my wife and step kids I told her I'm going to have coffee and donuts while you are driving upstate to Lake George. I normally Drive because that's my profession, but the cabin we were going to is in my wife's family and she knows the way better. Would leave 0 stars if I could. My girlfriend and I just wanted to use the restroom after ordering in the drive thru. We hesitated when the woman (a worker) came out because we weren 't sure which one of us was going to go first and since we didn 't immediately grab the door, she said Okay, just stand there with a nasty attitude. I didn 't catch her name but I was completely taken aback. I worked at Wendy 's for 6 years and I never would have spoken to a someone like that at my place of work, let alone in general, just because they didn 't grab a door right away.
