If I could, I would give them zero stars. Every time I visit this location, they NEVER get my order right. When I ask for cream and extra sugar, why do they give me five pumps of cream and three sugars? At this point, I might as well just drink half and half straight, because it tastes the same. Not to mention, when I request a glazed chocolate donut or a blueberry one, nine times out of ten, they end up giving me a regular glazed donut. Please, get the orders right!
Has really gone down hill. Service is slow and always gets the order wrong. Employees leaning on the counter holding their head up while running the register. Papers all over the outside. Ordered a large iced coffee with Carmel only. Had to repeat the order twice. Gave me a mocha coffee, again repeated what I wanted got a coffee with double cream. So disappointed in the quality of employees here. It's definitely the new hires. The older staff are great.
I stopped coming to this dunkin because the coffee tastes terrible every time. To the point where I can?t drink it because it turns my stomach so bad. Another thing, when you order less than 6 donuts they just toss them in a bag and the icing gets stuckto it and comes off. Yesterday I got a dozen donuts and it was in the MORNING and they were hard as a rock. This is one of theworst Dunkin?s. Go to the one on Boardman Poland road.

The service was awful. Our order was incorrect several times, and the management showed a complete lack of competence. Having visited hundreds of Dunkin' locations across the country, I can confidently say that this is by far the worst one we've ever experienced.
I stopped visiting this store because the employees always seem unhappy, and the coffee isn’t very good. I now go to Dunkin' Donuts on 224 for much better service. Food: 2/5, Service: 2/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.
