I absolutely love this Dunkin'. I haven't been able to visit lately since it's no longer on my way to work, but I feel compelled to share my appreciation for this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. There were instances when my order was ready for me as soon as I walked in, even before I placed it. Such wonderful people, and the cleanliness inside and outside the shop is impeccable. My coffee always tastes consistent and fresh. I definitely prefer this Dunkin' over other nearby locations!
I recently visited Dunkin' and was quite disappointed. Their online payment system only accepts Dunkin' cards, which is frustrating because you can't use other cards or Google Pay. Additionally, the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich I ordered was not worth the price. Despite paying extra for additional toppings, it was less satisfying than a simple sandwich. I had higher expectations for my visit.
