I enjoy coming to Dunkin’ Donuts but yesterday there was a worker there the young boy he had an attitude every time I asked a question like he was frustrated and he he didn’t really want to give me my coffee the way I wanted it and when I asked him for something, he was kind of rude about it Hopefully he has better days. Came here yesterday 530pm , stood at the front counter for 10 minutes , while 2 employees stood by the drive through window chatting. Finally our order was taken lady seemed irritated that we were there. Restrooms do not work lobby was filthy, hardly anything to choose from and what we did end up purchasing was stale !!! During my last visit, the woman working at the drive-thru was extremely kind and helpful. However, I must say that the donuts were quite disappointing. They were smaller than expected and had a thin layer of frosting that only covered about 2/3 of the surface. Additionally, there was not much filling inside. While they tasted alright, overall, they were not up to par.

Waited over 30 min in the drive thru for two hot coffees. When we finally got up to the window, no one came to take payment until we finally honked to get their attention. Our coffees were even sitting there inside the window all ready. This is the second experience like this at this location.
Food is good but can’t wait 30 mins in a drive thru for a donut and coffee. The inside is closed but drive thru is open, if we have 30 mins to wait for donuts.If in a rush to drive kids to school would not recommend
kinda disappointed. did drive through and they messed up my order/over charged me for what I ordered. My hot beverage cup was also dirty with fingerprints all over it. no costumer service at all

Super rude staff. Forgot two of our items and gave us attitude the whole time. Refused to remedy the situation. Manager did not care at all zero apologies. Will be calling upper management!
Donuts are absolutely not fresh. They never have what is advertised on the menu. Staff is unprofessional, undertrained and not motivated. Just close this location already.
