This Dunkin' Donuts is the closest one to my home, but I intentionally avoid it due to the consistently poor and rude service. I've lived in this area for many years and have seen the management change hands numerous times. Even though I hadn't visited in almost a year because of the service issues, I decided to give it another try today for convenience's sake, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They never have hot food available. When I asked about it, they mentioned that they wouldn't clean up until the morning. Additionally, they were unwilling to provide less ice in my drink, saying it wasn't possible. It feels like this place could really benefit from new management. They need to improve. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on August 10, 2022, around 7:50 PM. I ordered a large mocha iced coffee, but it was served in a dirty, stained cup and had no ice in it. To make matters worse, the staff was distracted, watching a movie that featured profanity. I really should have gone to Starbucks, where the service is much better.
I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts every day for my hot chocolate, and it’s consistently delicious. There’s a man who serves me each time, and he does an excellent job. Book a table now
Definitely my favorite Dunkin location. My drinks are always made perfectly.
