this morning ordered by the app, line was not very long, but I sat for a long time until I had to go. I had called and asked for a refund and the hired person was rude on the phone. I could get my refund by company. I just went through to reorder my food and there was a hair on it. I love dunkin, but get it together
I usually get only coffee so I can't talk on the food, but the ice cream is terrible here. I gave him 3 chances, but every time it is extremely watery. it is not that the ice creams or that it is hot outside because it is winter and even the first swallow tastes simply like coffee flavored water that is so rough.
I love this place. people are wonderfully friendly and make everything easy when they get something wrong with the order. I'm in the snake, and my favorite girl would bring my drinks out. so sweet!

The lobby is still closed. I tried calling to place a somewhat large order and wanted to give advanced notice. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone despite calling multiple times.
The store is super clean and the employees are very polite and professional! The quality of the drinks and donuts were also great! Best Dunkin I've been to!
