In the morning, the staff seems to prioritize regular customers over others. I waited seven minutes for my latte but was mistakenly given apple cider instead. It was so hot that I didn’t realize the error until I was already five minutes away and couldn’t turn back without being late for my carpool, which would have meant a 45-minute commute to the Bronx. I suggest avoiding this Dunkin’ in the mornings unless you’re a regular, as others tend to be overlooked. The staff appears to value the time and money of post-gym visitors more than others. I won’t be coming back for my coffee, especially after receiving a non-caffeinated drink by mistake.
