Dunkin' Donuts service is honestly amazing. Each associate always takes care of the customer. All the times I'm here I always get taken care of. Sometimes mistakes are made but they always catch it and fix it. Sometimes the mistake is more of a blessing. Sometimes I ask for their favorite order and I haven't tried anything I don't like. Food is classic and if you catch them before closing sometime a good night snack. Classic donut or bagel bites are must. Snackin bacon is good if you love bacon.For moments alone I tend to come in and do a bit of work on my laptop or study . It's not as pack as Starbucks and the ambiance is quite and not as loud as it would be at packed coffee shops Over all...
I visited a restaurant located at 17404 Bellflower Blvd in Bellflower, CA, and unfortunately had a poor experience this morning. The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers. My Uber order, which consisted of a donut and a drink, took 20 minutes to prepare. After waiting so long, I requested a refund, and instead of processing a credit, the cashier charged me again. Now, both charges are pending on my account. I hope they resolve this issue soon, as I do plan to return, but it won’t be a pleasant visit if this isn’t fixed.
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered an iced Caramel Craze latte without cinnamon (due to my allergy) and with extra sweetness. Unfortunately, there was some confusion at the drive-thru, and my drink came out as just milk with flavor shots. However, Kimberly, the employee making the drinks, went above and beyond by remaking it twice to ensure it was perfect for me. I really appreciate her effort to get it right. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience meant a lot to me. Thank you again, Kimberly!
received horrible service at your location at Artesia and Bellflower Blvd.I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for 3 wakeup wraps. The person serving me had an attitude.Every time I go to this one it is always a bad experience not to mention they won't accept cash.Your other location are great especially the one at LBX.

I just left Dunkin and it's national coffee day so I got my free coffee. It was very busy but all the employees remained calm helpful. Thank you team on Friday September 29th 11:00 AM. Even though I waited a little longer today the customer service made it not so bad.
Disappointed. The service is terrible. They did not greet me nor acknowledged me. Stood there for 5 minutes just for them to tell me “we only accept card” no sign indicating they don’t accept cash which I had on me. Do not waste your money
This location does not take your order or accept cash. They will not take your order, you have to do their job for them essentially. You can wave money in their face and nothing they can do. Waste of time
My amazing DUNKIN HEROES! The staff here made my visit so enjoyable and effortless. This place is absolutely worth the trip, and I won’t be visiting Starbucks again!

One of the staff went out to give the delivery and came back without even changing gloves she's been touching food and doughnut .
Reasonably fast. They have good breakfast choices that's not a donut and espresso drinks are surprisingly good.
