I’ve had enough of this location today!! The guy who works the window who wears a backwards baseball cap is awful! If he isn’t rushing you on the order speaker, he’s basically throwing your food and coffee out the window at you. Last week, he gave me the wrong donuts. I noticed before I drove off, he gave me the correct ones but let me keep the wrong one. He tried to hand me an iced coffee when I ordered hot coffee and a bagel. Today, he mumbled and rushed me at the speaker that I had no idea what he said or if he heard me. I just went to the window and said I don’t even know if you heard me. He said what did you want. Employees here are always nice to me. Drive thru line does get annoyingly long but that is because I do believe they only have maybe 2 employees max working at any given time and as it is only a drive thru or walk up location, that can get really busy and hard to keep up with especially seeing as they're right across from the MARC station and likely have rushes of people going to and from the trains at peak commute times. But the people they have employed here are good, they're personable, they do their best with what they're given, and ultimately a lot of the shortcomings of this location fall on upper management and corporate, not them. I have been going to this Dunkin? Donuts since they opened. Their quality is not consistent and it is getting worse. They forget syrups when any cream cold brew is ordered. Their iced coffee looks like tea, not coffee?I mean light brown and see through.Their doughnuts are getting laughably small. They are clearly cutting corners for profit and I am considering no longer going tothe location. Today their line backed up on to the street while I waited an obscenely long time for egg bites. Staff needs to betrained better and when a costumer orders coffee it should look like coffee, not iced tea with cold foam and no flavor(pumpkincream cold brew).
Just the worst customer service .. or should I say any service. They served a person in front of me and then just walked away and shut the window on me when trying to order..If this type of behavior keeps up this location should shut down.Needless to say you had four young ladies who were working on one drink and talking and one guy who was not paying attention at all .It's time for the owner of the store to shake up their staff.I was not able to purchase anything.

One of the worst Dunkin location I've ever been to in my life so far. Everyone inside the walk-up window just kept looking at me and just left me standing there. It was only 1 nice girl in there with glasses who finally came to assist me and was very polite so shout-out to her! This location also has a very small parking lot which sometimes forces you to go through the long drive thru
Twice now they?ve messed up a simple bagel order. My husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, but instead they gave him a plain bagel with cream cheese??? They?ve done this twice! How hard is it to get a bagel right? Especially when youpay more for the sandwich.
why do you insist on putting grain sugar into iced drinks. liquid sugar it's not so hard. just because ur close is not enough for me anymore. ille drive the extra 3 min to another
Whoever hired he two employees who close on friday night made the best decision.. amazing people ..
