Well, I waited all this time to try you Dunkin and you let me down. Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered 2 apple fritters, 2 glazed donuts, asked if they had old fashioned with chocolate, was told yes so ordered one. Then I asked for a cake donut with any kind of icing, was told we don't have any cake donuts, we only have yeast. I completed my order and paid. Get home and have 2 fritters (so far so good), ONE glazed, and a CAKE donut with chocolate frosting (that was.told they didn't have). Shorted me a glazed and didn't get the chocolate old fashioned. Didn't get a receipt, so can't do a thing about it. Also, the driest donuts I've ever had. Won't be back. What a disappointment!
Ordered at 7:30 AM and the donuts were fresh and tasty. The donuts are a bit overpriced though for the quality, only reason why I take a star off. But everything tasted good and nothing was damaged/missing. By the end of the day, the donuts were still fresh; I've never experienced that with any other donut place before which is pretty cool! If you're craving donuts and coffee and have a little extra money to spare I'd recommend this place. Personal Recommendation: double chocolate donut
They didn't toast the sandwich as I requested, also no peppered bacon as asked for. The Hash Browns browns were both burnt and soggy which was amazing to me they could be done so badly. The Pancake Wake Up Wrap Sausage, Egg Cheese with no egg was very good though
Super delicious chocolate croissant and donuts. The hot mocha is good, the iced mocha latte is good and my only complaint is too much ice in the iced drinks. The staff is very friendly.

I just bought a dozen of old donuts. My first time and they were not good. They were firm and dry. The staff was pleasant but I don't think I'll be back.
Always gets my order wrong and the food is always burnt or raw. The staff seems irritated every time I try to correct the order they messed up.
The employees seem very unhappy to be there and it comes off on their customer service. They also gave me a burnt wrap today.
Rude service and wrong order this was at 8:30am slow business so really no excuse. I called corporate and got no where
