Horrible customer service, went through drive through ordered 1 reg coffee 1 latte, and 4 donuts to take to coworkers. Donuts were smashed and thrown in a bag coffee had nothin But coffee grinds in the bottom of cup. Wish I could include picture of the order. Called and spoke to Daniel I explained to her the problem became rude on the phone.
I order from DD practically every day and probably ordered from the app 1,000x and the one time I mistakenly order from the wrong location on the app, I was basically told to take a walk! For one drink you lost my business! I hope the $4 was worth it!
I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. The employees were unprofessional, and when I asked for something to be fixed, they made a big deal out of it. I won’t be returning or spending my money here again.

I told two people at the counter that there was a problem with the only napkin dispenser and they both looked at me with dumb smiles as if I was talking Martian.
Honestly, the drive-thru attendant was really rude. It seemed like she never wanted to be at work. The food was also stale.
The customer service requires improvement. I believe the person who assisted me was the manager, and she was quite rude.
