The manager, Heather, is horrible at customer service. Christmas day they were packed and I did a mobile order. Sitting at the drive through speaker while waiting patiently for them to be ready to take my order, my daughter kept complaining about having to use the restroom. I was going for a hair appointment next door to Dunkin. I decided I wanted a beverage and stopped in. Honestly, I generally have low expectations in any D.D. anymore, so was just hoping to get in and out . I walked in and THAT was the moment that I was caught totally off guard. I was greeted by Sara who began to start up a general conversation with me. She was pleasant and thoughtful in her words and was a breath of fresh air that you don 't normally find in most businesses these days. We chatted for maybe 3 or 4 minutes before we got to my order. With so many locally owned, non-chain breakfast choices in the area, this would be a last ditch choice, as it was in this case, which I regretted. They ran out of cold brew and the worker forgot about me. The service, despite 2 workers, no one in thedrive-through, and few customers inside, was ultra SLOW. Both workers were wearing masks, and mind you, if you look at the dateof this review and the location, makes me concerned they are sick, or had been exposed to C19 or another transmissable diseasesuch as Monkeypox, etc
We visited the beach for a week across the street from this Dunkin Inconsistent quality for their lattes. A different experience every day. Apathetic employees that seem to slog through their mornings. Half the time they don't let you know whenyour order is ready.

I visit this Dunkin quite often an I have a pleasant experience each time.The employees that work there are very pleasant an efficient. The manager Heather runs a great crew.An yes the coffee is excellent.
Our food, drinks, and donuts were all delicious! They were also very quick even during a busy time. The store was very clean and the staff were very courteous. A great place to grab some quick food.
How nice it was to start our journey home to stop and hear laughter and friendly banter when asking for our order. Great service and a couple laughs thank you!
Had the best experience here early in the AM. No line, super nice people. Coffee and bagel prepared perfectly. One of the best Dunkin experiences ever

I appreciate the fact that they have good coffee. There is very little weight time and the app they used did not ask me for a tip.
Ordered one donut and the girl said 202 for ya . I walked out. How disappointing you can 't train your staff how to speak.
