I have been going to this restaurant for roughly five months, and I recently found out that they have been double charging me. It hasn't happened every time I've visited, but it has occurred at least three times each month. I won’t be going back, and I’ve reported the issue to my bank.
My bagel was burnt, but the coffee was great! The speaker system could use some improvement. I did notice some cool stickers on the pole by the drive-thru window! The gentleman at the drive-thru provided excellent customer service. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.
Depending on who's working that day decides if you get everything you ordered. If it's a competent employee they'll get your order right. If it isn't which usually happens later at night cause it's a 24 hour location, 9 times out of 10 they'll mess up your order.
The barista at Dunkin' did an amazing job crafting my latte. It was a genuine latte, unlike the ones I've had at other places. I stopped by on Sunday at 11:45 am, and I hope the manager notices this! The menu at Dunkin' truly offers quality options. Book a table now
Fantastic Dunkin' Donuts! It is always bustling with activity, ensuring that everything is constantly fresh. The extended hours are perfect for early risers or night owls. The staff is consistently welcoming, attentive, and quick.
The early morning staff at Dunkin' seem very lazy. They claim the manager instructed them not to stir any coffee, but that’s no excuse. They expect $15 an hour, yet can't even stir a coffee properly.
I placed an online order for 2 frosted chocolate donuts, but I only received 1 with sprinkles, which I did not want. I am still unhappy with the error and will be throwing the donut in the trash.
Dunkin' currently does not offer dine-in service due to ongoing construction, and after 11 PM, only one staff member is on duty. Despite this, the menu remains varied and satisfying. Book a table now
There isn't much to say about my experience. I went through the drive-thru and picked up a couple of donuts: a Boston cream and a glazed chocolate. Delicious!
