I purchased two coffees from this establishment an hour ago and they were undrinkable. We had to throw them away as my coffee tasted like expired milk and the other tasted like battery acid. We were unable to return and request a redo as we were on the road when we began to drink them. It was a waste of $10 and I will be reaching out to corporate for a refund. The day before, I had to leave the location after waiting 15 minutes while all 5 staff members seemed to be doing nothing. It appears that this place lacks proper management and oversight, and is being run by inexperienced teenagers. I typically do not leave Google reviews, especially for a chain like Dunkin, but this level of service...
I placed a mobile order, walked into the restaurant, and waited while watching others who ordered in person receive their drinks first. After waiting for 5 minutes, I noticed someone who arrived after me and ordered in person receive their drink before me (it looked like the same drink I ordered). It wasn't until I brought it to their attention that I was waiting for my drink that I saw the cup with my order attached sitting on the side, still not made. I was disappointed that mobile orders were being ignored. I will make sure to avoid using this location in the future.
I rarely visit Dunkin' Donuts, but when I finally did, I was disappointed to find that the bagel I ordered was undercooked and flavorless. It was too hard and had an excessive amount of butter. My boyfriend ordered a Cookie Butter Cold Brew which was overly sweet and undrinkable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I love Dunkin! The rewards app is great. They always have offers. If you order a donut with your mobile order make sure they put your donut next to your drink- sometimes they overlook that! Iced coffee with milk is my favorite! Great place for a quick coffee and treat!

Ordered the avocado toast and a vanilla iced coffee. The coffee was undrinkable so much so I had to send it back. Tasted like water. The second one wasn't much better. The bread was soggy and the seasoning on top of the avocado was missing. Will NOT
This place is filthy !!!! The lack of service also ridiculous, kid comes out with a mop to clean . No pail or cleaning products just swishing nastiness all over. Other kids says yo , bro wtf u doing . Lovely customer service !!!
The staff at this restaurant was terrible. The rudest woman ever refused to give me a refund when they realized they didn't have the item I paid for. They stole my money and treated me horribly.
The restaurant was very clean. The coffee was hot and the donuts were fresh. Derek gave excellent service. It's great to experience such friendly service.
