I visited this Dunkin' location yesterday and was quite disappointed. When we ordered at the drive-thru, the employee taking our order didn’t inform us of the total and simply told us to move to the window. Once there, we waited for a long time without anyone coming to assist us. Even after honking the horn, no one showed up. It made me wonder what was going on inside that kept them from doing their jobs. I won’t be coming back, as I don’t want to eat at a place that runs like this.
I had a disappointing experience with customer service during my visit. I felt hurried when it came time to order, and the meal I received was so unappetizing that I ended up tossing it in the trash. To add to my frustration, the cashier made an unnecessary remark, saying, "This isn't Baskin Robbins, it's Dunkin Donuts." I’m aware of where I was; I just don’t come here often, so I apologize for needing a little extra time to decide.
I stopped going to Dunkin' for several reasons, including the inconsistency of my orders at this location and the lack of positive interactions with the staff. They never give me a receipt and make it seem like an inconvenience when I ask for one. Today's experience reminded me why I stopped coming—my order was missing customizations, and the chocolate croissant was dry.
Stopped by Dunkin' yesterday and found the lobby closed with no signage indicating so. Several employees were sitting at the counter and just stared as we attempted to open the door. We ended up using the drive-thru, where the girl taking our order, dressed in a black crop top and sweatpants, seemed very annoyed. Additionally, our drinks were overly sweet. Book a table now
I had a great experience. The issues they've had, such as the card reader at the front, aren't specific to this location; I've faced similar problems at other Dunkin' locations, so I don't let it bother me too much.
These people are outstanding! They remembered us from our visit last week and made sure our order was just as we liked it before. The customer service is incredible!
