I visited the drive-thru this morning (09/04), and when I got home, both of my iced coffees tasted watered down. I returned to have them remade, and although they seemed better at first, I soon realized that all the syrup had settled at the bottom of the cups. After stirring them, they were just as diluted as before. To make matters worse, neither of the two ladies working there spoke any English, so how could they possibly address my issue if they didn’t understand what I was saying?
I was quite disappointed with the customer service at Dunkin'. I've been a regular here for years, but lately, my drinks have consistently been made incorrectly. When I bring up the issue, they claim my drink shouldn't have any sweetener, even though I clearly asked for sweetener of a specific flavor. When I returned to get the correct drink, they refused to give it to me, despite assuring me over the phone that I would receive a replacement.
Anytime you go there there's nobody behind the cashier's counter to purchase gasoline they come walking from around the corner I don't understand that maybe they're scared worry about getting robbed of course this is broad daylight and then they try to be oh hi how are you don't bother me
My favorite Dunkin’, not only because is only blocks away from my home but because there is this lady in the mornings that always wishes you a nice day with a smile, she always tells me, see you tomorrow… she knows I’m there almost every day and her vibe makes me feel really good. Book a table now
Please pay more attention to drive-thru orders! The person taking my order seemed to have trouble focusing. I repeated my order three times, and when it was time to pick it up at the window, it was missing. Disappointing experience!
The employee at the counter appeared more interested in looking at my chest than taking my order. I had to repeat "oat milk" four times, and ultimately, he had to process it as a separate transaction.
The sign says they close at 6pm on Friday, but I arrived before then and found them already closed. It’s disappointing to see they choose to operate on their own schedule instead of the posted hours.
Amazing.. I have been there once for having food. Its very surprising that my friend Foqrul is working over there.. Book a table now
