I paid for a donut at the kiosk inside and waited for quite a while. Eventually, I inquired about my order and was informed, “We don’t have any donuts” along with an unsympathetic “you should have checked!” I had to request a refund myself. My expectations for Dunkin’ aren’t particularly high, but it’s frustrating to not be notified that there were no donuts, to have made a kiosk-only payment, and then to wait without any communication. I shouldn’t have to ask for a refund. It's a waste of my time.
I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts before work for a while and it used to be great. However, I've noticed they've been serving food that has clearly been sitting out for quite some time. Every time I order fresh hash browns, I end up with cold, soggy ones that must have been made hours ago. It's time for me to find a new place!
Parking was packed, but I could quickly get service and the three people there worked incredibly friendly and all wore masks. The lobby was clean and I had a great experience of getting an ice cream coffee with cream and sugar. Thank you for the fast and wonderful service!!!!
Just passing through and stopped for a break. Clean and welcoming location. Friendly staff. Drinks and food prepared as requested. May have to make this a usual stop whenever I'm in the area.

I just ordered through Grubhub for Powerzone Volleyball and was charged for 25 munchkins, but they were never delivered! Now, I'm trying to reach out, and I can't get a response.
The staff here are fantastic, but it's a Dunkin' Donuts, and the coffee tends to give me heartburn almost every time. It is what it is. But again, the staff are great!
I made a great choice by dining here. The location is excellent, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Not bad at all—actually, it's quite good! This place offers delicious food and drinks, and they even have salads on the menu.
