Honestly, I feel like this Dunkin has the best customer service from any location in this area! The staff is very friendly as long as you are friendly with them! Respect is given where respect is earned! Be patient with the workers, many of them are young and also people. You are not entitled to be something so friendly and if mistakes are made, calmly communicate and the staff is more than happy to fix your order and help you with your questions:
Buyer beware, if you order breakfast, bacon and cheese wrap they don't put egg on it and charge $5.35 for two! Called and spoke to manager he said that's how it comes and hung up, very rude!
They ALWAYS burn my bacon and my bagel is either burned to a crisp or not toasted barely at all and completely soggy from the butter ????
The young lady at the window is such a pleasure. The service is always fast .
