I won't be going back to DD after my recent experience. Today, I stopped by for coffee and a pumpkin spice donut to celebrate the last day of summer, but they accidentally added brown sugar instead of the pumpkin swirl to my drink. The staff was rather rude to both me and my mom. While the food is acceptable, the unhelpful attitude of the employees really spoils the visit. They could use some English and Spanish lessons. I definitely won't be returning. This is why I prefer the Dunkin' on Greenwich Street.
Your staff—Besy, Moises, Genesis, Cindy, and Dulce—are truly dedicated and work exceptionally hard to make sure every customer leaves satisfied. As a regular who visits every morning, I can personally attest to the excellent treatment the customers receive. It's true that it's impossible to please everyone in the restaurant business, but these employees deserve commendation for their outstanding efforts.

As a regular visitor each morning, I consistently see how well they treat everyone. While it’s impossible to satisfy every customer in the restaurant industry, these employees truly deserve praise for their excellent work.
This is one of the few Dunkin' Donuts locations where you can sit down and enjoy your meal. I was able to escape the rain and place my order through the app while waiting with my kids. We tried the new coconut refresher, and it was quite good.
