I truly love how conveniently located this restaurant is to my apartment—it's only a short walk! However, I sometimes find it disappointing that they don't always have my favorite drink, Frozen Hot Chocolate. They often mention running out of the powder, which can be quite frustrating. Despite that, I still really enjoy this place!
This Dunkin' used to be my favorite, but not anymore. The coffee often tastes burnt or is made wrong. The staff seem unhappy, and it feels like management isn’t paying attention to the decline of this location.
It's always a great spot for a cup of coffee. The staff is consistently friendly. I believe most Dunkin' Donuts locations, especially if they aren't new, could use a little refreshing.
