Horrible staff, no management. Dirty Kiosk to make selection only to be asked again what was ordered from donuts selection to milk/cream. Seven employees who are interested who's dating who, with phones in their hands and don't care about customers. If you choose drive thru fine, out of sight out of mind, however if you go in, beware, from no bathrooms (though its off of a major highway) to rude, young, unprofessional workers and manager has no control. You're better off buying your coffee and donuts from a gas station.
I just got screamed at by a woman (older, my age at 4:01am for wanting coffee from a place that opens at 4am. Like, wth? Good freaking morning to you too, lady. I looked at her, took a breath, said nothing, drove off and I could hear the SLAM of thedrive up windows. The other person that I see all the time there looked mortified. They?ve always been nice now theirmanager(owner? is being a jerk. We all have bad days but, we?re not all screaming at strangers because of it. Geez
Was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of this store. Was having issues with my debit card not swiping and the lady manager came to the window to say they got our coffee for the day so don’t worry about it. I wanted to cry! It’s the kindness like that of strangers that makes someone else’s day that much brighter. Will be back with cash tips thank you for being kind!
Nicest workers in the area. My card wasn’t working and they gave me the coffee I ordered anyway and said it was on them today. I don’t think I have ever had a worker be so kind to me in all my years of going to Dunkin’ Donuts. I had my elderly father with me and it made his day so much. Thank you guys for going above and beyond. I’ll be back with cash tips LOL!

They took too long for a coffee. I waited almost 20 minutes just to get a coffee. Their card reader was broken. The bathroom was trashed and not clean at all. Their drive through was long and their customer service was not good at all. As much as I love Dunk’n this really disappointed.
I found the ordering system cumbersome. I would rather give a quick coffee order to the barista. Its a smoother flow and cuts out the middleman (the machine). I also feel bad for anyone not carrying a credit card. How do tou order then? Otherwise great service. Great coffee!!!
The customer service is completely horrible like you can’t do your minimum wage job ? ??? Who ever is on the microphone for drive thru with her little coworker on Sunday March 13 2:10 PM have to get fired . If you can’t do your minimum wage job correctly , what CAN you do ?
horrible customer service, didn?t even bother to tell us that the donuts we ordered were out of stock. we were waiting for a while thinking the donuts were being made, so we asked. the workers then got mad as if we would know that they were out ofstock. stop being lazies

Bagels were burned. I bought another one, and it tasted like it was in a smoker. I tried the new hummus toast, and they never put red paprika on it. the most terrible dunkin ever. my son and I were sick after we had eaten there.
Awesome workers that go above and beyond! Thank you for being so kind to us today, will definitely be back.
