I know this place has plenty of negative reviews, but I have only positive things to say! I placed a mobile order, and was slightly late to pick it up (5-10 min). Because of this, the sweet cold foam was dissolved, and even though it was my fault, they offered to add more for me! Then, they'd forgotten the donut I ordered, and had to go grab it super quick. It took less than 30 seconds, but the sweet lady working there still gave me an extra! In both cases, the service went above what I would've ever expected. (and I didn't notice any bitterness to my coffee, despite what I read in my review, so do with that what you will)
The donuts were absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, my coffee wasn't prepared correctly today. I always order the same iced coffee and request it the same way, but today it just didn't have enough coconut and caramel flavor. It tasted too much like regular coffee and not like what I usually enjoy. However, this won't stop me from returning to my favorite coffee shop!
Ordering ahead is so bad here. If they’re out of a type of donut you ordered, they’ll either just not give it to you or replace it with whatever they feel like with zero communication. It’s not a big deal to run out of an option, but it’s extremely frustrating to not even be told that you can’t get what you ordered and be given less than what you paid for.
My this place is quite larger than many other DD locations I've visited. It was a quick trip and the sandwich was great. It's a little confusing how the entrance is around back but next to the goodwill is another door under a big DD logo... But it is not for the DD.

Large, clean, and quiet store with really nice staff. My cold brew was really good. Just beware that although there is a Dukin sign at the front of the mall, the actual store is around the corner on the side of the mall.
I think this is probably the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to! The staff was super friendly. Paula at the counter did an amazing job and everything thing was perfect!
I received an extra hot coffee with my order today, which was a pleasant surprise! My Original Blend Iced Coffee was also perfectly made. Everything was excellent!
The staff there is the friendliest around. The donuts are super fresh, the maple bacon are the best. You gotta stop in get great service and much love.

The egg sandwich was cold and cheese wasnt even melted or even slightly melted on it. Latte had a good taste, but was only warm when I got it.
