matcha was “watered” below, almost a yellow color when it is to be green. it is as if they had mixed the matcha powder with milk and water and given me 2 ice cubes. when he gave me the cup I reached for the floor and that was warm, so I immediately knew they did not know how to make a drink
This is one Dunkin Donuts that doesn't get whatever I order wrong, and that feels refreshing! Even if there's a line at drive thru, it moves fairly quick. I find some of their employees that work the drive thru seem nicer than some of the other Dunkins around the area.
a Sunday, open, but the front door is locked, although the sign is open. the line to go through was on the road. For 15 minutes in the car waited by the line and moved 2 car points. whoever works clearly hasn't taken care of the work a bit.
more than once it has taken at least 25 minutes for my order and it is always wrong. most employees, especially the manager, is extremely rude.
