I have ordered from DoorDash here before without any issues, but today I ordered through Grubhub, and they claimed they never received my order, even though Grubhub showed it was being prepared. I usually stop by for coffee during the week. Some staff are very friendly, but then there's Maggie. She's rude and unpleasant, never smiling—even when I hand her a dollar tip for a single coffee, not just 20 cents. She barely looks at you when acknowledging you. Honestly, she should be working behind the scenes, not serving customers. Speaking as a fellow business owner, that's my take. An update three years later: I just stopped in for the first time in a long while, and the same unfriendly, miserable staff were there. Regards.
I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar at Dunkin' Donuts, but it came out a light beige color and mostly tasted like milk. I mentioned this to the staff at the counter, but they simply made me another one that tasted just the same—mostly milk, maybe slightly less creamy. It seemed like my feedback was ignored, and no real effort was made to fix the issue. I ended up wasting five dollars from the menu.
Maggie always makes my day better! The service is excellent, and my orders are consistently ready in no time. There were a few instances when the computers malfunctioned and things became a bit hectic, but that’s totally understandable. I will definitely be visiting Dunkin’ again!

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The staff were exceptionally friendly and perfectly handled all my complicated drink orders, even correcting one that I mistakenly ordered.
