This morning, a young woman named Alyssa overcharged me for the incorrect size and then lied when I confronted her. When I asked for a receipt to verify the mistake, it was clear she was being dishonest. Upon addressing the issue, she dismissively responded, "You're not my boss," showing little concern. This behavior is unacceptable; her dishonesty and actions feel like theft, and I believe she should be terminated. The franchise owner needs to be informed about this incident.
I was inside picking up a catering order when I overheard a man in the drive-thru complaining about a young woman with glasses who was working there. He accused her of stealing and, after he drove away, she made some terrible threats towards him. I will not be returning to this Dunkin'. The management needs to address this issue with their staff right away.
If you want to avoid eating raw bacon and dealing with a stomach ache later, stay far away from this terrible place. They don’t even answer your calls when you try to complain. Avoid at all costs!
