Technology is far too advanced to be having certain issues at establishments. I understand ordering on the kiosk for quickness and efficiency, but WHERE IS THE OPTION TO EDIT THE ORDER? I should not have to flag someone down, especially when its busy regarding the specifics of my order. Also, the kiosk will state that certain items are unavailable, but when you ask an employee, they do have it. Why is the system not reflecting accurately? Its happened to me atleast three times now. Oh, I would order at the register but every encounter, despite who is working, makes it seem as if its bothersome. ADDITIONALLY, the register has been BROKEN for some time, and its still down as of my last encount...
I'm not sure, if they've changed management, but they've definitely changed a lot. a lot of new faces The drinks are tasteless not like a couple of months ago after a long wait. Not ok. Not too mention of cleanliness. My opinion. Instead of flirting, they should attend customers.

I went there to get a hot chocolate and It was the most bitter hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The food was decent though which made up for having to throw away a full medium hot chocolate.

This place is ridiculous. I kept getting the wrong order either I add lettuce or egg on my sandwich and end up no lettuce or egg and no refund were given.
