We have been to this restaurant 3 times and every time we were impressed. We recently moved to the opposite of Knoxville, Tennessee and this place has become our favorite spot. The food and drinks were perfect each time, with no complaints. The hospitality at this restaurant is top-notch and we have never experienced better service. When it comes to Dunkin' Donuts, this location near Winlems is definitely the best. We tried 2 other Dunkins before finding this one and we will never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean, including the bathroom. Out of the 20+ Dunkin' Donuts we have been to in 3 different states, this one is by far the best. Highly recommend!
After years of being a fan of a competitor, I have started to enjoy Dunkin' Donuts. However, I have trouble finding what I want on the drive-thru menu at this location. The employee suggested I come inside where they have all the donuts available. The only issue is that I am not familiar with the variety of donut flavors they offer because I only visit occasionally and live in an area without Dunkin' Donuts.
I visited this restaurant on March 5, 2022, around 5pm. It was a fantastic experience. The service was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was a pleasure to dine here, especially after a day of shopping in a bustling city that can be overwhelming for those from rural areas.
I visited the drive thru and my meal was paid for by the person ahead of me. I decided to pay it forward and continue the trend. It was heartwarming to know that there are still kind and generous people in this world!
