Bad service . 6:00am with a terrible attitude!The girl who took my order told me wait a moment, I didn't listen and I said Hello to which she replied I told her to wait.Then when she took my order she knew that I was Hispanic and she didn't understand me. Until I started talking louder to him. At no time was he friendly, when paying I asked the person who gave me the food if she had taken my order and she told me no, it was the manager…They didn't give me money or change. What I wanted was to leave since my day was starting and I didn't want to start it bitter,I think that during these times they should put more staff to work since the girls were very frustrated and the place was full.
I thought the drive thru speaker needed to be updated because they can never hear me. But it was marked right on my receipt. I ordered the sausage wake up wrap and got a sausage burrito. After telling the manager she said she didnt hear that and told me to pull into drive thru parking spot. A worker came and gave me the same thing!! I went inside the store obviously irate at this point. Then she threatened to give me a refund. What do you expect you gave me the wrong thing twice of course im pissed off!! And she finally gave me the right order after making me late for work. Worst dunkin I've ever been to.
Coffee was delivered at room temperature, hash browns were cold and all stuck together which means the ones that were stuck together were not cooked in the attached together. The coffee cake roll was overcooked, some parts were burnt. The sandwich was excellent, much better than other stores like MacDonalds or Wendys, or Taco Bell
Had a meeting and I was asked to get bagels and I ordered 2doz with cream cheese on the side. They gave me the bags and I asked the person at the window if the cream cheese was in the bag he assured me it was. Got to my meeting and no cream cheese in any of the bags.

Every time I go to this place. they never get the order right. Today was last strawThey gave me ice water with cream. Not pumpkin spice ice coffee. REALLY I FEEL ROBBED JERKS... HAVE DAY YOU DESERVE.
I'm not really a fan of cake-like donuts, but their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, and their tater rounds are delicious. I can't drink their coffee, but they do offer soda.
Bacon was burnt and was only given one strip of bacon on the Sweet Black Pepper sandwich. Stuffed Croissant was ok, but there is no chicken and the frozen coffee was good.
So far everything is thoroughly cooked and taste great. The dasher was very professional and careful with our food.
