During my last visit to this location, I found mold on my avocado toast. The staff was courteous and addressed the issue, so I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this time when I ordered avocado toast with bacon, I received untoasted bread and soggy bacon. I went back to ask them to toast it, and while they remade it, it still wasn’t properly toasted—just slightly warm and limp. I went to this restaurant yesterday morning and was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The floor seemed like it hadn't been swept or mopped, and there were spills on the doors. Overall, the place felt very dirty. The food was also disappointing—the bacon was undercooked, and the bagel was burnt. I can only guess how dirty the ovens and toasters must be on the inside. This isn't the first time I've noticed problems, but it will definitely be my last visit.
Warning! This restaurant has a serious roach problem. I even spotted a roach on a bagel, which is astonishing considering the health department hasn't closed them down yet. Save your money and dine elsewhere. The place is unclean, and the mostly young staff are rude, appearing more interested in socializing at the counter and using their phones. The owner is equally unwelcoming. I cannot recommend this establishment at all. Zero stars.
I'm not particularly fond of Dunkin Donuts. The donuts have a processed taste, and the coffee leaves much to be desired. However, the staff at this location is friendly and accommodating. Even though they made a mistake with my dozen donut order, they handled it with a smile, which really makes a difference.

I visited around 8:30 in the morning and ordered two 50-piece Munchkin boxes. Unfortunately, they all tasted stale and as if they were two days old. I ended up having to throw everything away. It’s really disappointing because I love Dunkin' Donuts; I even worked there in the past.
If there were an option for 4 stars, I would likely choose that rating. However, this restaurant isn’t one of my usual favorites. Both the donuts and the sandwich I tried were just average and could certainly use some improvement.
I had a terrible experience. A staff member broke the frozen drink machine and then served me a frozen chocolate that contained shards of broken glass. For your safety, I would advise staying away from this place.
I visited this restaurant twice and had quick service and friendly smiles from the staff both times. It's clear that they have built a strong connection with their customers. I highly recommend this place!
