The staff are super nice EXCEPT FOR THE MANGER. I have an order through the DD app for two simple coffees in the morning and went to the store to get the drinks. Somehow, the app lasted longer than expected to send the order so that the shop did not receive my order and the client refused to make the drinks, although I showed him that I already placed the order. I didn't get the drinks because I was in a hurry. I went to the store the next day and talked to the same manager about my order, not only did he refuse to hear my story, but he insisted that I call the app service to solve the problem if he could just make the drinks I didn't pick up. Honestly, he's good if he can't just solve a lit...
Mixed feeling for this store. Customer service is not consistent. Some days are good, some days are not. I guess the manager was the rude. Dunkin is the last choice for me.
Staff always smiling. Busy since across street from train station, but they move/work quickly. Crowded in morning.
