While some places do that, it’s frustrating when your food ends up cold and incorrect despite it. They forgot my hash browns, which were apparently pre-made and kept in a bin for quick reheating—I watched an employee grab six of them and hand them to the cashier. The coffee was decent, though quite overpriced. The croissant wrap was served cold, and the hash browns were not only cold but also stale. This was only five minutes after I placed my order through the app. One of the drinks wasn't even ready yet, so it's clear the food couldn't have been sitting out long enough to get that cold. They really need to either adhere to proper heating protocols or check their equipment.
If there's one thing Dunkin Donuts is consistent with, it's the reliable quality of their menu items—unfortunately, that quality tends to be underwhelming. Even after the renovations, I gave it another try, but the cold brew coffee remains disappointingly weak, tasting more like diluted iced tea.
They only offered a 5% senior discount instead of 10%; the latte was disappointing, and the cashier made several errors with my order. The location at Teaneck Rd. and State St. is far better!

This restaurant is relocating to a new spot further down Route 4, next to the BP gas station. It is expected to reopen around the end of April.
I visit this place almost every day on my way to work. The staff is extremely friendly and service is quick.
