This was a terrible experience, especially during the early morning hours. The staff were extremely rude and made it clear they didn’t want customers. One employee even said he could simply close and refuse to take my order. I asked for an iced latte with whole milk and one shot of liquid cane, but he blamed me for not specifying the whole milk clearly. I would strongly recommend ordering elsewhere, or your drink might be ruined for the day. It’s unbelievable that we paid for such low-quality service. This is the third time I’ve had this kind of experience early in the morning, and another time the staff didn’t even bother to communicate with me at all.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin' in Valley Stream, and I was genuinely impressed by how delicious their donuts were. Although I now live in Florida, I used to live in Valley Stream, and during a recent family visit, I found myself craving some quality donuts. Unfortunately, the donuts in Florida just don't compare, and I believe it largely comes down to the water they use. The water in New York is undoubtedly better, which enhances the flavor of the donuts there to an exceptional degree.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The young man working at 11 PM was incredibly patient and served me with genuine kindness, which is a nice change of pace these days. Even though the walk-in service was closed, the drive-thru was still open. I did find the parking lot to be darker than I would prefer, which makes me a bit hesitant to visit again at night as a woman. However, aside from that, the service was exceptional. The blueberry muffin was fresh, and the coffee was just right!
I had a really bad experience at this location. It seems that Dunkin' Donuts doesn't really listen to customer feedback. The employee at the drive-thru was rather unfriendly. I asked for my cappuccino to be very hot, but she insisted that it was as hot as they make it, which wasn’t true—it was lukewarm. At other Dunkin' locations, they steam it more to make sure it’s hotter. I won't be going back to a place that doesn’t prioritize basic customer service.
