Pretty solid Dunn Brothers location. I like the larger sitting area and the selection of beans for sale. Counter service is fast and efficient. Food is nice, though I wish a wider selection of baked goods were available. The medium roast drip coffee is nice and they also make a pretty good nitro. Wi Fi is steady. My impression of the actual experience of sitting in this Dunn Brothers is a little strange. My wife and I jokingly call it the Mansplainer Cafe, because there is almost always some dude at the next table loudly talking over his female companion and it 's different people each time. Why is it always this particular Dunn Brothers? Is it the neighborhood? Sociologists should study it.

As I scout more Dunn Bros establishments I find they are not all the same in quality even though they must use the same coffee and receive food from the same place. At any rate this location is roomy but still cozy. Low key lighting and clear display of the beans used in the brews of the day right at the counter. Enthusiastic baristas and moist pastries, but no sandwiches that I could find. There seems to be a vibe here that some Dunn's have and some don't. I enjoyed my short visit and will be returning in the future. There are some different type of small business surrounding Dunn's in the 50 Xerxes corner so grab a sip to go and explore lampshades and vintage furniture and antiques.

I recently visited this restaurant for a latte and it was excellent. I especially enjoyed the fact that they allow dogs inside while you order your coffee. Often times, I want to grab a coffee while walking my dog but can't find a place that allows pets. The only downside was the price - a medium latte with almond milk cost over $6. Additionally, when using a card to pay, the machine suggests a tip amount and you have to manually enter $0 if you don't want to tip or want to tip less. This resulted in me paying over $7 for just one latte.

I love going to Dunn Bros for my coffee fix. It's my preferred spot over Caribou and Starbucks. The line is always manageable, even during the busy morning rush. I live nearby and the staff have taken the time to get to know me! They offer a great variety of gluten-free bakery items from Sift Bakery, including muffins, scones, and doughnuts. The outdoor seating area in the back is covered and there is parking available if you go up the alley from 50th Street (although now I might have trouble finding a spot back there!). My favorite, neighborhood coffee shop. A little funky but not uncomfortably so for those of us who are well past eligibility for being a hipster. They roast their own coffee and, when they're doing so, the aromas are to die for. The staff is extremely competent, friendly with customers, friendly with each other, and really seem to enjoy their jobs. Somehow that positive attitude just makes the drinks taste better. You feel better walking into this place and you feel a little pampered while there.

Dunn Brothers in the twin cities has the best coffee around, and this particular location is my top choice. The 50th and France neighborhood is bustling with charm, and the service at this spot is outstanding. There is plenty of seating available if you want to relax and hang out. What sets this place apart for me is their selection of Sift gluten free donuts, a perfect treat for a Saturday morning. Keep up the great work, Dunn Brothers! You guys are awesome!

Barista was incredibly rude and uncaring when I politely asked to have my drink re-made. When the drink was re-made, she handed my cup to me with coffee residue all over the outside of the cup; I had to take my own cup and clean it off before I could even enjoy my beverage. I normally love Dunn Brothers, but the experience I had here on April 14 will definitely make me think twice before patronizing their business again.

I love this place. Got a good neighborhood vibe to it. Always a good meeting spot. The coffee is always great. I buy a lot of their bulk coffee as well. They also have a sneaky good lunch here as well. Highly recommended for a quick cup or just to hang out. Book a table now

Cute neighborhood feel. Very good coffee. Fantastic employees. I gave a four because they could be more tidy. Clean the glass, floor, etc.
