Tried this place out after seeing that this is where to get the Best Pancakes in the U.S. Esquire Magazine. I 've been here 3 times last month. I 've gotten the pancakes every time. I 'd give this place 5 stars, but my only criticism is that service is so slow. I realize it 's because they are short staffed, so you can 't really fault them on that. The food is great. Just be prepared to wait longer (than typical at other places) to get seated, have your order taken, and get your food. The only thing that 's expedited is the option to pay for your check on your phone so you don 't have to wait for someone to settle your bill at the register.
I'm here to rave about the incredible service we received! It was a busier morning than usual when we visited Du-Par's for their crème brûlée oatmeal. Our waiter was prompt and friendly, and despite the crowd, we received our meals in a reasonable amount of time—impressive given how busy they were. While we typically just stop by for dessert, this time we decided to enjoy a sit-down breakfast. The atmosphere is pleasant, with tall, private, and comfortable seating. Although it’s located within a smoking casino, Du-Par's is less smoky than many other casino restaurants. As locals, we look forward to returning again!
However, our service could use some improvement. I had to ask for a water refill, and our server seemed overwhelmed with too many tables to provide the level of attention we usually appreciate. If it weren't for the service issues, I might have rated the place four stars. But then there’s the amazing house-made strawberry jam, which was the best we've ever tasted. I'm adding an extra star for that! Next time— and there definitely will be a next time—I’ll be sure to inquire about purchasing some jam to take home, or even to give as gifts. It’s that good!
This restaurant is fantastic for those craving comfort food. I really enjoy the roast turkey with gravy, paired with mashed potatoes, and I can't resist finishing off with a slice of banana cream pie for dessert. The waitstaff and hostesses are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Overall, it's a wonderful meal for less than $30.

This is one of my regular restaurants. I love the french dip sandwiches and the zucchini, along with all the breakfast items. The service is a hit or miss, everybody has their days. The muffins in the cinnamon rolls could possibly be still that's a hit or miss. Above All That, I still give it a 5 out of 5.
There breakfast is pretty good, make sure you get the pancakes. Service is a little slow but they are super friendly. I was very pleased with my experience
Best Pancakes not to great when it comes to service...They also have a robot waiter but it's just a gimmick and dones nothing to improve service.
Food and service was exceptional. Restaurant nice and.clean. Food was priced reasonably, however a cup of coffee was $5.00, way over priced.
