I visited this restaurant twice last month. The first time, I went with my 2-year-old son, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to both of us. The children's menu is reasonably priced and everything is freshly prepared—truly delicious! My second visit was on a hot day, and the staff seemed energized and happy to assist us. They also had some great deals on prosecco! Whether you're looking for a family dinner or a night out, I highly recommend this pub. Great staff, a lovely atmosphere, and wonderful food and drinks!
Fantastic staff, delicious food, great beer, and an amazing pub. The team running this lovely establishment creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Without a doubt, it's the best pub in Northallerton by far, especially for traditional drinks that we adore.
Went to the Durham Ox for lunch, The steaks we asked for melted in our mouths the whole meal was fabulous and the service was as expected, owen had the gammon even he said it was just amazing. Will visit again soon. Thank you
The staff was friendly, and there was an extensive gluten-free menu. The Chicken Cure was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely return!

relax. friendly pub. delicious eating, cheap eating. we live 20 minutes drive away and when we are in the opposite we are always after the durham ox
Spot on pints, excellent foot, great staff can't ask for anything else! For food I highly recommend gammon!
