Dust makes everything in house including milling their own flour! You can see the mill at work through an enclosed glass area. All the breads and pastries look tempting. I enjoyed the croissants, danish with mushrooms, the brioche looking donut, palmier which is a little different with fennel. The cinnamon scrolls are also great as is their hot cross buns which is dense which is how a traditional bun should be. The almond cake with passionfruit curd was zingy & I loved the curd more then the cake. The breads have a lovely flavour & are dense in texture. Coffee is made well and I would love to come back and try the pizzas!

I love their story and passion for baking, I've tried some of their loaves and baguettes, they were mostly quite good except for their fruit loaf which was a let down as the dough was still a bit uncooked and wet in the center, but really it's the quality of their flour and artisan process that makes a huge difference, you can really taste it and feel it in your body, everything they bake is so light. I also had their pizza a couple of times, the crust comes out of their wood fired oven really light and crispy, I've never been disappointed by their pizzas, it's not cheap but it's worth it! Will keep going back for sure!
We ordered lunch, requested a quiet table, and the extremely loud owner/manager sat down near/facing us and began conducting business with the staff. Loudly. Boomingly. It was uncomfortable and put us off the food. We don't care and don't want to hear. Take it elsewhere or do it when you're closed. Other reviews have mentioned this guy and yet the behaviour persists. A successful venue is more than just good food - it's about customer experience. Lots of good pizza places, and Tramsheds has heaps of places. We don't live far and won't be back.
Will continue to visit for our bread buying. A nice range of different and very tasty bread varieties.Pizza however disappointed us. Soggy middles in all choices. Bases all better than mass pizza houses, however well short of specialty pizza spots. Tops ok however not special. Happy table service, however needed follow up reminders. Book a table now
This place is buzzing on a Sunday morning with plenty of people just coming to pick up fresh bread. We sat down and had one Avo smash and one baked eggs (if I remember correctly) and both were great. Coffee was good and service was excellent and friendly! Would definitely go back!
Nice, light-filled space inside the Tramsheds development, Dust offers a range of gorgeous breads plus a smattering of menu items. It was just coffee and a muffin this particular busy weekend afternoon and both were very nice.
Great coffee, yummy toasts (must try is the fruit toast), friendly staffs. perfect for breakfast and would love to go back for lunch and try their lunch - pizza!

"My girlfriend really enjoys thirsty bird, but I think it's just average. The fried chicken is pretty typical, but the pickles stand out as unique."
