I visited the Dutch Bros on Madison for the first time recently, drawn in by a fundraiser for Officer Natalie Corona. Sadly, my experience was disappointing. The music was so loud that the barista struggled to hear my order and kept asking, "What was that?" When I asked for very light ice, I was shocked to see that my cup was filled with more than half ice. After I requested some of it be removed, only a few cubes were taken out, and the cup remained mostly full of ice. By that point, my frustration with the service had already escalated, and I ended up with a $5 cup filled mostly with ice. This was not the impression I wanted to leave with. Good drinks, friendly staff, good setup. So, I go to Dutch Bros for the first time and I don't know the vernacular they use. I don't know their menu. I don't know anything. To make it worse, the is a long line of vehicles behind me and due to the smoke and air quality they are not using their normal outside runners to take orders. I pull up to the window and was greeted by TJ. She was so friendly and patient with me. She made sure she had my order correct, even though I wasn't sure if I had my order correct. lol. The staff stuffed inside that little box were bouncing all over the place; I think I counted 8 of them. They were all smiling and laughing, and would wave hello when they saw me wat...
The drink selection here is amazing! I usually go for the iced Americano, but my wife enjoys sampling the various flavored lemonades, all of which have been delightful. Both she and my daughter are also big fans of the smoothies. I've tried the rebels too, and they’re quite delicious. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning very soon! And if you plan to visit frequently, make sure to get a stamp card!
Three of the baristas, including the one who was supposed to take my order, spent almost eight minutes chatting with the car in front of me, despite the fact that they had already received their drink. Meanwhile, two cars on the other side had placed their orders and moved through without any issues. This was absolutely unacceptable.

This Dutch has very friendly staff, they're not usually too busy and I always get my order pretty fast. They have an enormous variety of drinks to choose from like coffee, shakes, hot cocoa, energy drinks, soda, smoothies, frappes and they have kids options too.

Great coffee and an amazing selection of energy drink cocktails that are sure to please. It’s always fun to ask the staff for their favorite drink and go with that to try new things.
I always love going to Dutch Bros. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a friend! Their customer service is exceptional.
