Dutch Bros. Coffee

So here's my problem with this place I like the people they're friendly but they don't listen at all several times I have to correct them on my order. I do not understand what is so complicated when I place my order. I order a 16 oz five shot caramel latte don't steam the milk. So they always ask me what do you want that iced or do you want this or that or sometimes they will give me something completely different. Like this morning I ordered the drink I stood there and watched him poor regular milking I said is that oat milk so they dump it out have to make it again which is a waste of time and product when all they had to do is listen the first time. I would have given them 5 stars because the service was excellent as always, but unfortunately, the iced chocolate milk was dull and overly sweet. Next time, I'll make sure to order a sugar-free hot chocolate so I don't end up with boring chocolate milk that was not worth the money.

This is the best Dutch brothers that my brother and I have ever been too there always so nice and jamming out and making the vibe where you want to come back and some or most can memorize your drink in the first 2 times going they are busy but well worth it to just go to that one

I absolutely adore Dutch Bros and will never go anywhere else for my coffee fix. The staff is always friendly, with a few exceptions. The service is always quick, the coffee is delicious, and overall it is a delightful experience. I am there literally every day!

My youngest child only had 5 minutes left of their birthday, and they wanted a blended kiwi strawberry drink. The late-night staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much!
