Stopped in for a coffee today. Due to personal reasons, I was having a rough day and was visibly upset. Not only were the workers incredibly empathetic and talked to me in a supportive way, they also wrote a sweet message on top that made my day just a little bit better. Thank you so much for showing there are still empathetic understanding people out there.
They refused to let us have another sticker for our kid unless we ordered another drink. The also made my wifes drink wrong. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other places we can go to. Terrible vibe from the place. The kid just said in the window sill. Worst dutch bros experience ever.
I had an iced chocolate macadamia nut latte with coconut milk! It was super good, and the staff was so friendly! Update August 2022: The broistas are still as friendly and accommodating as ever! I got the new cookie dough drink as a latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Highly highly recommend!
Nice and efficient workers, but the music that they played for us out in line was so rude, it made me wonder if they listen to the words. Since when is ?suck my ? ? even ok for customers of all walks of life?
