This dutch bros location is the absolute best at being incompetent. Yesterday I spent nearly 30 minutes in their drive thru despite being the 3rd car in the second lane and there were 3 cars in the main lane. The runner chose to take all the main line customers until 2 cars that showed up after I did had already left she finally took the order of the car I front of me. When she came to take my order I was polite until she had the nerve to ask why she wasn't getting a tip. I explained what she did. I came in specifically ordered a carmalizer freeze for my boss and asked for white milk instead of chocolate milk. I showed the lady the sticky note and told her it was for my boss so it has to be with white milk. This Dutch Bro?s Coffee sucks. They got my order so wrong. They were not busy. I was the only car in line. I had to repeat my order 3 times before they heard what I was saying because their music was so loud. I ordered ONE THING and they got it wrong. I ordered a large iced mocha with coconut. I received a large iced coffee with absolutely zero sugar and zero coconut flavoring. It?s not hard to make this drink. I used to be a barista at a coffee shop so I know how easy it is. That?s why I?m leaving a one star review. I would have turned around and made them remake it but was already halfway home. I left a tip and now I wish I hadn?t.
I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else.
