my whole family are great time dutch bros fans and for over 10 years. as we are currently living in a counter without dutch bros, it is now a great pleasure when we travel. this place, however, was a great disappointment! the employees were not energetic, kindly ask us about our day (like their standard policy.) the person who makes the drinks, read the order correctly back that contained a drink with pfeife and fold. then she made that drink additional ice that was filled over the cup and had to put a lid, then the whip remembered and instead of removing some ice to make space, she took the lid put a dab of whip in the middle and crawled the lid again. first of all-I love dutch BROS-just not these. it is unfortunately the closest to my home. this has consistently bad customer service. at least 3 times my drink was not hot enough-cany lukewarm-because the staff is more interested in pushing people through the line than to make sure that drinks right and up to temp. then they make you wait until they are ready to remake it instead of fixing it immediately. I called the company office every time and said that they did not prioritize a mistake for a customer they wait. The staff at the GLD location are always so friendly and are pretty good about remembering your name. Although it was kind of busy, the line moved fairly quickly. No change, love the staff, great attitudes and very friendly.
I can never be impressed by the energy and ease of the broistas that I meet at different places and the lakewood is not another. fantastic staff and my drinks are always perfect!
