I have a love for Dutch Bros, but unfortunately, this particular location near my home is not up to par. The customer service is consistently poor, with my drink being not hot enough on at least three occasions. The staff seems more focused on moving customers along rather than ensuring the drinks are made correctly and at the right temperature. Instead of fixing the issue immediately, they make you wait until they are ready to remake it. I have contacted the company office each time to express my concerns about their lack of prioritizing customer mistakes. My family has been loyal fans of Dutch Bros for over 10 years, so it is always a treat when we come across one while traveling. Unfortunately, our experience at this particular location was quite disappointing. The employees seemed unenergetic and did not engage with us as we are used to with Dutch Bros. The person making our drinks did not read the order back correctly, resulting in a drink with the wrong ingredients and too much ice. The drinks were also not up to the standard we expect from Dutch Bros. Despite our disappointment, our love for Dutch Bros and past positive experiences make it difficult to give this location a low rating.
This restaurant used to be excellent, but the quality has significantly declined. The staff was very unfriendly and tried to give me someone else's drinks. The drink I eventually received was incorrect and tasted like watered-down dirt. I am constantly amazed by the energy and efficiency of the baristas I encounter at various locations, and Lakewood is no exception. The staff is fantastic and my drinks are always made perfectly!
